Tenofoshiv is an antiretroviral medication used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and, in some cases, chronic Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Its active ingredient is Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (TDF), a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI). Tenofoshiv helps suppress viral replication, reduce viral load, and improve immune system function. It is usually available as an oral tablet taken once daily.
