Trioday is a combination medicine used to treat HIV infection.
It contains three medicines in one tablet:

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)

Lamivudine (3TC)

Efavirenz (EFV)
This single pill helps control HIV more easily.
Mechanism

Tenofovir & Lamivudine: Block the HIV enzyme reverse transcriptase (NRTIs – nucleoside/nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors).

Efavirenz: Blocks the same enzyme but in a different way (NNRTI – non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor).

Together, they stop the virus from making new copies of itself.

This reduces the HIV level in the blood and helps the immune system become stronger.

Adverse Effects
Common side effects:

Dizziness, headache

Trouble sleeping, unusual dreams (from Efavirenz)
