Trilavir E is a combination medicine used to treat HIV infection.
It contains three medicines in one tablet:

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)

Lamivudine (3TC)

Efavirenz (EFV)
It is similar to other HIV combination pills and helps simplify treatment.
Mechanism

Tenofovir & Lamivudine: Block the HIV enzyme reverse transcriptase, which the virus needs to copy itself.

Efavirenz: Also blocks reverse transcriptase but in a slightly different way.

Together, they stop HIV from multiplying, reducing the viral load in the blood and strengthening the immune system.

Adverse Effects
Common side effects:
