It contains Nintedanib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

Available in 150 mg soft gelatin capsules.

Used to manage certain lung diseases and specific types of cancer.

Mechanism 

• Nintedanib blocks specific enzymes called tyrosine kinases.

• These enzymes are involved in processes that lead to fibrosis (scarring) in lung tissue.

• By inhibiting these enzymes, Nintedanib helps slow down the progression of lung scarring and tumor growth.

  Uses

  Nintib 150 mg Capsule is prescribed for:

  • Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF): A chronic lung disease causing scarring of the lungs.

  • Chronic Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Diseases with a Progressive Phenotype: A group of lung diseases characterized by progressive scarring.

  • Systemic Sclerosis-Associated Interstitial Lung Disease (SSc-ILD): A lung condition associated with systemic sclerosis.

  • Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Used in combination with another chemotherapy drug called Docetaxel for advanced stages.
