Nuace is a combination HIV medicine.
It contains three drugs in one tablet:

• Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)

• Lamivudine (3TC)

• Dolutegravir (DTG)

This single pill helps control HIV effectively and makes treatment simpler.

Mechanism 

• Tenofovir & Lamivudine: Block the HIV enzyme reverse transcriptase, which the virus needs to make copies of itself.

• Dolutegravir: Blocks the HIV enzyme integrase, preventing HIV from inserting its genetic material into human cells.

• Together, these drugs stop HIV from multiplying, reduce viral load, and strengthen the immune system.
