Teevir is a combination medicine used to treat HIV infection.
It contains three medicines in one tablet:

Efavirenz (EFV)

Emtricitabine (FTC)

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)
This single-tablet therapy makes HIV treatment simpler.
Mechanism

Efavirenz: Blocks the HIV enzyme reverse transcriptase (Non-nucleoside type).

Emtricitabine & Tenofovir: Also block reverse transcriptase (Nucleoside/Nucleotide type).

Together, they stop the virus from making new copies of itself.

This lowers the amount of HIV in the blood and strengthens the immune system.
