Viropil is a combination HIV medicine that comes as a single tablet.
It contains three drugs:

• Dolutegravir (DTG) – an integrase inhibitor

• Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) – a reverse transcriptase inhibitor

• Lamivudine (3TC) – a reverse transcriptase inhibitor

This “single-pill regimen” makes HIV treatment easier and more effective.

Mechanism 

• Tenofovir & Lamivudine: Block the HIV enzyme reverse transcriptase, preventing the virus from copying itself.

• Dolutegravir: Blocks the HIV enzyme integrase, stopping the virus from inserting its genetic material into human cells.

• Together, they stop the virus from multiplying, reduce the viral load, and help the immune system recover.
