At Smits Healthcare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a transparent 30-day refund and returns policy for eligible products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase (receipt/order ID).Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated through our official return process.Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to health, safety, and regulatory restrictions, certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
Anti-Cancer Medicines
Sexual Wellness Medicines
Prescription-based Medicines (as per international drug export rules)
Intimate, sanitary, or perishable goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Health & personal care items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In specific cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items not in original condition (damaged, missing parts not caused by us).
Any return request made beyond 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.If rejected, we will provide the reason and further options.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (processing delays may apply).

Sale & Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applied by the destination country are non-refundable.
Return shipping for international orders must comply with applicable customs/export regulations.
Refunds will only be processed once the item is received and cleared at our facility.
